The Role
As Wenta’s Senior Online Manager, you’ll pioneer a brand-new role, leading our digital marketing and online strategy. You'll collaborate with the Senior Management Team to innovate and create new digital income streams, shaping Wenta’s future. From design to delivery, you'll oversee our digital growth strategy, ensuring our website is top-notch, highly ranked, and user-friendly. Additionally, you'll lead a motivated team to achieve our digital ambitions and KPIs.
Key Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in website content management systems and SEO optimization
- Experience in successful content creation, website management, and brand communications
- Expertise in website analysis and improving performance, user experience, and accessibility
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4), and email marketing
- Leadership skills, including team management and the ability to prioritize workload

Travel
Some travel between sites in Hertfordshire and North London may be required. A driving license and transport are preferable, but not essential. Wenta supports sustainable travel initiatives, offering an annual supplement to staff who purchase battery-powered cars.
