Our Watford business centre provides office space and industrial units for rent, business incubation, virtual office and mailbox services and training and meeting room facilities, all under one roof.
We have a variety of companies that are located at our Watford business centre. It offers a mix of both offices (between 60 and 480 square feet) and workshops (from 150 to 1200 square feet) to rent. Please see current availability for details of space available.
Wenta's facilities are let on flexible, easy-in, easy-out monthly terms. As your business grows or changes, you can easily move into a different sized unit within our centre.
Monthly licence fees include:
- Heating, lighting, power (please note, there are separate electricity meters in the workshops)
