The Wenta Business Centre – Watford
The Wenta Business Centre is conveniently located with direct access via the A41 to both the M1 (Junction 5) and the M25 (Junction 19) and is within walking distance of Watford North train station. For map details please click here.
The Centre offers a mix of both offices and workshops designed to suit any age business. The workshops range from 150 to 1200 square feet and offices between 60 and 480 square feet, meaning our smallest office is suitable for one person, whereas our largest will cater for at least 8 people.
All units are let on easy in easy out, monthly licence terms. The licence fee is all-inclusive, enabling you to focus on the day-to-day running of your business, without worrying about the usual headaches of tenancy. Our flexibility means you can start with a small unit and move as you grow without any hassle.
Monthly Licence Fee Includes:
- Rent
- Heating, lighting, power (please note there are separate electricity meters in the workshops)
- Business rates
- Building insurance
- Maintenance
- Cleaning of communal areas
- Rubbish clearing (excluding trade waste)
- Nightly security patrols
Additional On-site Services:
- Tailor made telephony and/or broadband package to suit your requirements, which can be connected from the first day of your tenancy
- Access to photocopying, fax and mail franking facilities
- Some of our office units have access to shower and kitchen facilities
- Reception service
- Virtual PA which includes call answering in your company name, call divert, message taking and forwarding
