The Enterprise Centre provides a variety of accommodation, with workshops ranging from 400 to 1000 square feet and office units from 200 to 800 square feet. This means we cater for all shapes and sizes of businesses, ranging from a 1 to 2 person office to our largest office which accommodates approximately 15 people.
All our units are available to let on an all inclusive and flexible monthly licence basis, with easy in easy out rental terms. This means you can forget the usual headaches of tenancy and concentrate on growing and developing your business. Our flexibility means you can start with a small unit and move as you grow without any hassle.
