Enterprise education is now a requirement of the curriculum and Wenta is well equipped to help schools embed an enterprise culture across all subject areas. Our Education Advisors are able to offer advice and support, at whatever stage you and your school are, in the development of your students’ enterprise skills. We can help you to evolve your enterprise thinking in fresh and innovative ways and also facilitate enterprise ‘challenges’ within your school for both your students and also your staff!
We can also coordinate events for whole year groups such as our ‘Experience Enterprise Tour’* which uses theatre to powerfully communicate the enterprise ethos.
Teachers involved in Enterprise Education for the first time are encouraged to come along to our ‘New to Enterprise’ events. Here we aim to help define enterprise and explore ways in which it can be implemented in the classroom. Learning to recognise and acknowledge the Enterprise activity that is already happening is always a good place to start!
We do recognise that in many schools enterprise is well established but still there can be a need to introduce the ‘real world’ element to a schools’ enterprise programme. Whether this involves visits to businesses, engaging mentors or role models or arranging visiting speakers and work placements, Wenta can help. Through our extensive business connections we can help schools develop new networks in the business world.
