Working in partnership with SA Law, Wenta offer business legal advice to support start-up businesses that often need advice with new business regulations and business help. 

The legal advice can cover the following areas:

• Checking terms and conditions of trading
• Assessing the issues to be considered when jointly owning a business with someone else
• How to set-up a partnership
• How to dissolve a partnership
• What can be done to collect late payments
• How to buy or sell a business
• How to terminate an employment contract

Please note all applications for a legal surgery session must be made at least one week prior to the start date.
