This workshop will cover:
- Writing a business plan
- Developing future targets for your business
- Understanding your finances
- Understanding cash flow and profit and loss
- General business start-up areas
By the end of this workshop you will be able to write your own business plan and have a clear direction in what else you need to focus on to ensure you have a viable business.
This workshop is aimed at those looking to start a business and those seeking help with preparing a business plan to present to a bank for funding purposes.
