Being Made Redundant

Is your job at threat or at risk of being made redundant? Is your company at risk of making redundancies? Have you ever thought of working for yourself and then decided not due to lack of support or confidence?

Wenta are offering a complete support package under the Response to Redundancy programme.

Response to Redundancy offers companies and employees being made redundant free advice, support and guidance. The programme explores the possibility of self employment which could enable you to be your own boss. If you decide that self employment is not ideal for you we will offer you employment support and help connect you with possible employers as well as guidance on job applications and CV writing advice.

Participants on the programme can elect to attend a mix of training and one-to-one advisory sessions.  The course is tailored to each individual’s requirements and will help you to explore the viability of your business idea.

The training and advisory package can include:

  • Assessing self employment and employment career options
  • Money management
  • Starting a business
  • Market research
