My Incubator are business incubation centres designed to support entrepreneurs and create successful businesses.

Our unique service combines both advice and workspace within one facility to help you get started and support you and your new business to achieve profit and success.

My Incubator facilities are free of charge for 3 months* to clients working with an advisor and include:

• Access to a hot desk with a PC, telephone and broadband
• Ongoing advice and guidance from a dedicated advisor
• Links to business mentors, funders and specialist professionals
• Bespoke business planning and project fundraising advice
• Networking opportunities with relevant business partners and associations
• A variety of targeted in-house seminars, events and training
• A professional business mail address
