Profile
Background
Thea has experience from both sides of the fence having been both an employee and an employer. The diversity of the businesses Thea has managed ranges from building to beauty therapy and model agency to remote office services. Thea has worked as a project manager for a Jobcentre Plus and ESF funded project helping the long term unemployed back to work.
Role
Thea joined the Wenta team in May 2006 as a Business Advisor and now manages the New Deal contract for Wenta within Hertfordshire and works with the local job centres and The Prince’s Trust to help clients start their business and find funding. Thea also has worked closely with local social enterprise companies and provides information and networking opportunities to anyone wishing to explore this route.
Interests
A keen animal lover in particular dogs and horses and an active interest in complementary therapies.
