Profile

Background
Sharon has worked for Wenta for several years in a Business Advisory and Training role, helping advise small businesses and developing training programmes.  Recently for Wenta she helped set up the very successful Inspiring Women’s Enterprise.  Prior to this she has had various careers including running her own successful business.  Her roles have included running her own training programmes for The Body Shop, helping businesses and individuals with debt counselling and training Advisers within the CAB.  In her younger years Sharon worked in an Education Theatre reaching all members of the community, through the arts, in an educational way, via schools, plays, training, workshops and visits to the education theatre.

Role
Sharon is now managing a great team to deliver the education programmes in schools, colleges and universities, as well as managing the Shell Step Programmes and Business Link Courses for this area.  The Education Team are also developing new courses to meet the demand of the ever changing needs within the curriculum.

Interests
Sharon still has a passion for the Theatre, and enjoys her holiday time in a beautiful rural village in Italy, taking advantage of the good food and making new friends………and one day she hopes she may be able to communicate with them!
