Business Centre Premises Case Studies
Amber Sound Ltd
Graham Paddon occupies Units 18 and 42 at The Enterprise Centre and is the founder and owner of Amber Sound Ltd, a company specialising in audio equipment for the professional audio industry. Graham has always worked in this area, but a while ago decided that he needed a change from the norm. He established his own company in May 2005 and now employs four full time members of staff.
Influential Studios
Have you always wanted to be a star? This could be your chance...Tucked away in the corner of The Wenta Business Centre is Unit 46. The only single detached unit on the site, from the outside you’d be forgiven for assuming it was a storeroom, but you’d be very much mistaken. Something akin to Dr Who’s tardis is going on there!
Sterling Wills Ltd
It’s never too late to do most things in life – travel, study, learn new skills or even change career. However, when it comes to making a will, Ron Bateman from Sterling Wills would advise the sooner the better.
The Better Business Group
Simon Lazarus and Mark Segal are the founders and directors of The Better Business Group, based in Unit 41 at Potters Bar. Their business was formed from identifying a gap in the building trade market for a much needed system that would both protect consumers from rogue traders and promote trade businesses that offer a high quality service.
The Royal Caledonian Schools Trust
John Horsfield occupies Unit 75 of the Wenta Business Centre, as the chief executive of The Royal Caledonian Schools Trust. The Caley, as it is affectionately known, is an educational charity set up in 1815 to help the children of a Scot who has served in the Armed Forces or the children of a poor Scot living in the London area (within the M25 ring).
